Room arrangements
6 en-suite bedrooms + 2 sharing a bathroom.
Up to 30 overnight guests. King-size beds and large single beds can be arranged to suit your group. Tell us your preferred setup when you enquire.
Before you enquire
- Choose your preferred date or dates. A single-night celebration is welcome.
- Count event guests separately from overnight guests: up to 200 can attend, and up to 30 can stay.
- Decide which suppliers and equipment you will bring, and where you would like recommendations.
- Plan to lower the music volume after midnight and direct speakers toward the beach or inward.
- Mention any early check-in, late checkout or nearby accommodation requests; arrangements depend on availability.

What should I tell you first?
Your dates, the occasion, event guest count and how many will stay overnight.
What are the music rules?
Loud music until midnight. After midnight, lower volume with speakers pointed toward the beach or inward.
Is planning included?
No. Planning is separate from the basic villa offer.
Are local event fees included?
Yes. The starting rates include local event/banjar fees for up to 200 guests and loud music until midnight.
Can we arrive early or leave late?
Single nights are welcome. Early check-in and late checkout may be available on request, depending on availability.
