The villa
Two thousand two hundred square metres, entirely yours for the night.
The Palms is a white colonial-style house set behind a long turquoise pool, with frangipani, lawns and terraces spreading out around it. The sea sits on the horizon, and the sun goes down straight into it.
It is a private place. No other guests, no shared lobby. Just your group, the water, and the light changing across the evening.

Included chef
Your own chef, every day.
Chef service is included daily, 07:30–14:30. Guests pay for ingredients and any extra hours. Discuss menus and event catering with us on WhatsApp.

Private villa hire with daily chef service, 07:30–14:30. Ingredients and extra chef hours are paid separately. Bring your own suppliers and equipment, or ask us for recommendations. Event catering, decor and planning can be arranged separately.
Then the sky does the rest.
Face west and the evening arrives on its own: terraces warm, the pool turns to copper and rose, and every conversation slows down for a minute.

With 6 en-suite bedrooms + 2 sharing a bathroom, up to 30 guests can stay overnight. King-size beds and large single beds can be arranged to suit your group. Early check-in and late checkout are available on request, subject to availability.

Simple, per night.
Starting rates include the villa venue, grounds, pool, daily chef service (07:30–14:30) and local event/banjar fees for up to 200 guests with loud music until midnight. Overnight guests within your selected range are included. Ingredients, extra chef hours, event catering, décor, entertainment and planning are separate. Single nights are welcome; dates and final details are confirmed on WhatsApp.

Loud music is welcome until midnight. After that, we ask for lower volume, with speakers pointed toward the beach or inward toward the villa, so the night stays easy for the neighbourhood and the party can keep going quietly.

Yes. Bring your own team, or ask the owner, who can suggest providers for anything you need.

Loud music is welcome until midnight. After midnight, volume goes down and speakers are directed toward the beach or inward toward the villa.
